All ages welcome! New faces welcome!

All actors and singers need audition skills in order to allow their talents to be seen.

• Find out - what do directors really want? Is it different in the Keys?
• Learn - How to best present yourself for all types of auditions.
• Understand - what is expected of you in an audition for plays or musicals.

Do you know how to prepare?  To begin a successful audition the moment you walk in the door? Stay relaxed and confident? Avoid common mistakes?

You can bring a short song and monologue, pictures and résumés if you have them.

Directors will offer suggestions on how you can present yourself in the most positive and professional way possible.

You can participate, even if you've never done this before. Or you can just observe.
There will be a few practice auditions at the end of the workshop.
