Your Arts Council by (not just) Any Other Name

A play on the line about a rose, and a serious point underneath it. In 2001 the Monroe Council of the Arts became the Florida Keys Council of the Arts, because the world knows the Florida Keys and far fewer people know the Keys are most of Monroe County. Read it
