Call to Artists for Murray E. Nelson Government and Cultural Center Request for Proposals (RFP)

Monroe County Art in Public Places (AIPP)

is issuing a Request for Proposals for pre-qualified artists

for the Murray E. Nelson Government & Cultural Center.

The art budget is $77,850.

This is a two- step process.

Step 1 - Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Step 2 - Request for Proposals (RFP) will be sent out to qualified applicants.

If qualified, artists will be requested to develop proposals based on their evaluation of project and site opportunities. If you have completed Step 1.

www.keysarts.com . PRELIMINARY PROPOSAL SITE INSPECTION

Artists are invited to attend a non-mandatory, pre-proposal site inspection on Tuesday, March 11, 1- 3 p.m. Attendance is recommended and encouraged. RSVP is required. Attendees shall be properly attired for a construction site; i.e. no open or high heel shoes, long shirts/pants.
