Call to Artists $5000 Award for Key West International Airport Security Barriers Mural Project
The Council announced a call to artists, with a $5,000 honorarium, to paint six new security barriers at Key West International Airport.
The Florida Keys Council of the Arts is proud to announce a onetime project to paint new security barriers at the Key West International Airport’s arrival terminal. There are 6 new concrete barriers, each measuring 12 feet by 3 feet, which need to be painted in a welcoming Key West style. Paint will be provided for the project, along with a $5,000 honorarium for completing the artwork.
