Monroe County's Art in Public Places Committee announced the installation of C.J. Groth's photographic series A Walk Through Old Town at the Key West airport

Monroe County's Art in Public Places Committee is pleased to announce the completion of another phase of the public art installation at the Key West International Airport departure terminal. Local artist, C.J. Groth's photographic exploration of the historic homes and foliage of Key West is entitled "A Walk Through Old Town." is comprised of six large formated framed phtographs of Florida Keys Homes & Gardens. The Monroe County Board of Commissioner's 1% ordinance for public art is part of the progressive and prestigious Art in Public Places program in our County. The installation of art created specifically for the new terminal will continue through the summer. Ms. Groth was one of the eight artists selected in a competitive field of fifty proposals submitted for permanent exhibition at the new terminal.
